What Seichu got ready

Needs you today

Marina: revised proposal, due at noon. I drafted the “sounds good” with the two caveats from the meeting.

Rafael: report error. I drafted the reply and opened a ticket.

Can wait

Ana: lunch Thursday. You’re free at 12:30.

Statement, GitHub checks and newsletter: read and labeled.

How it works

Three steps, once

  1. 1

    Connect Gmail

In Settings → Sources. Access stays on your machine; Seichu doesn’t keep your email on any server.

  2. 2

    Say how you work

“Clients first”, “newsletters can be archived”, “meetings only in the afternoon”. It remembers your preferences.

  3. 3

    Ask, or schedule it

“Plan my day” in the chat, or a routine that runs every morning at 8 and shows you the summary.

What it does with your email

Less inbox, more real work

Triage by priority

Splits what needs you today, what can wait and what just needs archiving, with the reason for each call.

Drafts in your voice

Writes the reply with the thread’s context and what you said before. You review, tweak and approve.

Labels and archive

Applies the labels you already use and clears out notices, receipts and newsletters.

Ties into the rest of your day

Connects email with Slack, calendar and tickets: a client request becomes an item on your list, not a lost email.

Nothing goes out without you

Sending, deleting or replying to anyone always waits for your approval. Seichu runs on your machine, with your own AI account.

FAQ

What people ask

Does Seichu read all my email?

Only what the task needs: the inbox during triage, a thread when you ask about it. Everything happens on your computer.

Does it work with Outlook?

Today Seichu connects to Gmail. Other inboxes come in as new sources.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You chat in plain language; Seichu runs Claude Code under the hood without showing you code.

How much does it cost?

Email triage is in the Free plan. You only need an AI account (Claude, ChatGPT or another).

Start today. Seichu takes care of the rest.

Installs in a minute. Works without an account, with Claude Code or your own API key.
