Privacy policy
Last updated November 6, 2026
This policy explains what data Seichu processes, why, and your rights under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD) and similar laws. The controller is Jonathan Hermam, ⟨CPF ou CNPJ⟩, ⟨endereço⟩. Data protection contact: [email protected].
1. What stays on your computer
Conversations, routines, skills, memories, source settings and API keys stay on your computer, in an encrypted database (SQLCipher). Without an account, none of it reaches us.
What you send to the AI engine goes straight from your computer to the provider you chose, with your credentials. We don’t see it.
2. What we process when you have an account
Account data: email, name and photo (when they come from Google or GitHub), and session records.
Synced content: what you choose to sync (routines, skills, memories, sources and team runs), encrypted at rest with one key per workspace.
Billing: plan, subscription status and payment provider identifiers. Card data stays with Stripe or Asaas; we never receive it. For Pix and boleto, Asaas requires a CPF or CNPJ, which we pass on to them.
Technical data: IP address and access logs, for security and rate limiting, kept for up to 6 months.
3. Why we use it
To provide the Service (sign-in, sync, teams and billing) under contract; for security and abuse prevention, under legitimate interest; and to meet legal and tax obligations.
We don’t sell data, don’t use it for advertising and don’t use your content to train AI models.
4. Who we share it with
Only processors the Service needs: Cloudflare (network and file storage), Hostinger (server), Resend (sign-in and invite emails), Asaas and Stripe (payments) and Google or GitHub (when you sign in with them). Some are outside Brazil, with the safeguards the law requires.
5. How long
While your account exists. When you delete it, we delete your data and the workspaces where you were the only person; encrypted backups expire within 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
6. Your rights
You can confirm and access your data, correct it, request portability, delete it, withdraw consent and complain to the data protection authority (ANPD).
In the app, under Settings → Account, you can download all your data and delete your account. For anything else, write to [email protected].
7. Security
Encrypted local database, encryption at rest on the server with one key per workspace, large files encrypted on your computer before upload, encrypted team source credentials and backups encrypted before leaving the server. No system is perfect; we will notify you and the ANPD of any relevant incident.
8. Changes
We will announce relevant changes by email or in the app before they take effect.
