Terms of use
Last updated November 6, 2026
These terms cover the Seichu app, the seichu.com website and the accounts, sync and teams service (the "Service"), provided by Jonathan Hermam, ⟨CPF ou CNPJ⟩, ⟨endereço⟩ ("we"). By using Seichu you agree to them.
1. What Seichu is
Seichu is an AI assistant that runs on your computer. It uses the AI engine you choose (Claude Code from your subscription, your own API key or a local model) and the sources you connect (for example email, calendar, Slack).
Using it on your computer is free and needs no account. An account is required to sync between computers, work as a team and subscribe to paid plans.
2. Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email or with your Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for activity in your account and must tell us about unauthorized access.
In teams, the owner and admins control who joins, roles and the plan. What a member proposes to the team belongs to the team once approved.
3. AI engines and third-party services
Seichu talks to AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI and OpenRouter) and to the sources you connect, using your credentials. That use follows each provider’s terms and is billed by them, not by us.
AI answers can be wrong. Review anything important before acting. Seichu asks for your permission before sending, publishing, changing or deleting anything outside the app, and you are responsible for what you approve.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Seichu for illegal activity, spam, unauthorized access, infringing others’ rights or trying to bypass plan limits or the Service’s security.
5. Plans, payment and cancellation
Paid plans are monthly, charged in advance through Asaas (Pix, boleto or card) or Stripe (card). Team plans include a number of people; each extra person is charged separately, prorated.
You can cancel anytime with no fee; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Under Brazilian consumer law, the first purchase can be cancelled within 7 days for a full refund.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from the next renewal.
6. Your content
What you create and store in Seichu (conversations, routines, skills, memories and files) is yours. You only grant us what is needed to store, encrypt and sync it between your computers and your team.
We do not use your content to train AI models.
7. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change or retire features, with advance notice when it affects paid plans.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data arising from the use of Seichu, AI engines or third-party services. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
9. Termination
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, telling you why.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. For consumers, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
